Simon Haigh has been appointed Sales Manager based at Frigcorp's Gladesville HQ. Simon has extensive experience in IT sales and marketing and will lead the thrust into the hosted Security market within the Commercial and Strata sectors.

- Designed, commissioned and manage a complete Building Management/Security/Access Control system for the main building, a remote car parking site and warehousing area of over 20,000 square metres.

- Four level 750 square metre per floor offices with retail on the ground floor.

- Designed, constructed and manage an integrated Building Management / Security / Access Control system for the building.

5. Commercial Property:
- Six level 1200 square metre floors.

- Designed and constructed Access Control system for the entire building including retrofitting the lift control.
6. Commercial Property:
- Twelve level 1100 square metre floors.
- Monthly maintenance of the entire building including the cooling towers for the past four years.

- Designed and constructed the retrofit of the air conditioning control system for the entire building.
- Designed and constructed the retrofit of the 400 Kw cooling tower.
7. Taronga Zoo:
- Designed and Constructed air conditioning and ventilation systems for the Taronga Zoo Veterinary clinic, operating theatres and autopsy rooms.

- Designed and constructed air conditioning and ventilation systems for 92 residential apartments including monitoring of car park exhaust systems.
9. Apartments:
- 4 towers with 240 apartments occupied by diplomats and politicians requiring maximum security.
